Add Header & Footer Support to Multiple Builders

I want the ability to add custom headers and footers to my documents in various editors, so that my documents can have a consistent and professional look and feel.

Studio | Hide on desktop not working.

When a specific element is hidden on desktop, it is still visible when the HTML is exported.

Builder | $ sign being replaced by "px"

When "$" is added in the template, the exported HTML replaces it with "px"

[Outlook] Button Text Rendering Issues
