Elements not stacking on mobile (gmail)

When previewed on the editor for mobile, the elements are stacked correctly. However, once the email is sent and views on a phone, the elements are no longer stacked. The issue persists when minify is set to false.

What is the status of this. The issue is occurring currently. This has been tested for Outlook, Gmail and Apple mail. This causes some content to be unreadable (off the screen).
