Builder | Unable to Access User Saved Blocks

We have users restricted to 1 Saved Block as of today, we're previously users had access to unlimited Saved Blocks. Is this a related issue?

Is this issue related to not seeing newly saved blocks? If so, I've found that blocks can be found when searching if they're saved with an associated unique tag. I say unique tag because if the tag is the same as any other tag, not all of the saved blocks with the tag searched for, will be displayed for selection.
If this is not related to this issue topic, then this is a new issue.

Robert Fear: We tried to replicate this on both our Stable and Latest environments and have been unsuccessful. If you are not running the most recent version of stable or latest, that would be our first suggestion.
