We have a simple pop-up that consists of a single row and an image with a link. The pop-up's height is set to auto.

With such settings an unexpected and unwanted vertical scroll bar appears [screenshot].

It doesn't happen when we remove the link from the image.

Expected behaviour:

The vertical scroll bar should not appear
