IME composition window not appearing in text editor

After a update, the IME composition window no longer appears when editing Paragraph blocks. This prevents typing in languages that require IME input (Japanese, Chinese, Korean).

I have now tested the paragraph functionality.
I confirmed that the issue I reported has been fixed and IME input is now possible.
