Currently, the EDM system does not support a built-in functionality for collecting customer feedback or reviews. As demand from clients continues to grow, introducing a feedback and review collection feature within the EDM platform would add significant value and enhance the overall customer engagement lifecycle.
This feature would enable clients to request, collect, and analyze customer feedback directly through email campaigns, eliminating the need for third-party tools and creating a more seamless experience.
