The user should have the ability to change the blocks order with a button when the content is stacked in mobile view.

E.g:

There's a block with an image and a text. On mobile the image is placed above the text when stack function is turned on. There should be a simple switch beside this to change the order in the block so that the image is on the bottom and the text is on top.
